Enterprise websites. Dealer portals. Custom software.

Your next big digital project deserves a better plan.

Reviewing a six-figure website or software proposal? K.O. Consulting helps growing and established businesses rethink the scope, shorten the path to launch, and put more of the budget into the work that matters.

For projects with planned budgets of $100,000-$850,000.

The challenge to traditional proposals

Could your project take half the time—and cost half as much?

We'll review the scope, challenge the assumptions, and show you where a leaner delivery approach can make a real difference.

Large budgets and long schedules deserve examination. That is true of any vendor, including us. Half the time and half the cost is our ambition, not a guarantee or a proven company-wide result.

K.O. looks at staffing, scope, platform choices, integrations, and delivery sequencing to identify where savings may be possible against a comparable scope. Our approach keeps senior delivery leaders close to the work, with direct access, lower overhead, and fewer handoffs.

What we build

Websites and portals your customers will use.

Business strategy comes first, then the technology. AI-assisted development is guided by experienced engineering oversight.

Enterprise website redesigns

Manufacturing websites and other enterprise sites with multilingual content, product discovery, content management, SEO, dealer handoffs, and customer registration.

Dealer and distributor portals

Account-specific product and pricing views, orders, invoices, availability, service requests, resources, and training.

Customer portals and operational software

Client workspaces, dashboards, approval workflows, reporting, and tools that reduce repeated manual work.

Connected business systems

Integrations with existing ERP, CRM, PIM, marketing, and financial systems, such as SAP, Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, and product-information platforms.

These are capabilities we evaluate and scope for each engagement. They are not certified partnerships, prebuilt connectors, or a list of completed implementations. Better delivery means easier customer journeys, less manual work, useful integrations, maintainable code, and outcomes measured against agreed goals.

Relevant experience

Business experience. Hands-on delivery.

Our background spans digital marketing, custom websites, business growth, and software that makes everyday work easier. We've helped businesses strengthen their online presence, connect their systems, and improve how they serve customers.

We bring an owner's perspective to every project: understand the problem, spend wisely, and build something people will actually use.

How an engagement works

A clear plan before a major commitment.

01 / STRATEGY

Strategy

Understand business goals, customers, internal workflows, current systems, and what success looks like.

02 / BLUEPRINT

Blueprint

Define scope, architecture, integration feasibility, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, and the launch plan.

03 / LAUNCH

Build and launch

Deliver working increments, validate with users, test the integrations, and launch with documentation and an agreed support plan.

Delivery dates and fixed-fee pricing depend on validated scope, access, and approvals. Where appropriate, we can plan GitHub version control and deployment into client-approved cloud environments such as AWS. Hosting in a given cloud does not by itself establish enterprise security or compliance.

FAQs

Questions procurement teams ask.

Does K.O. Consulting respond to website and software RFPs?

Yes. Before committing, we review the scope, budget, existing systems, and delivery expectations to judge whether we are a good fit and where the plan could be leaner. Share the requirements and deadline so we can respond with a realistic approach.

What project budgets are a fit?

Our target engagements range from $100,000 to $850,000. That range is a fit indicator, not a fixed price list. Final pricing depends on validated scope, integrations, and timeline, and we explain the assumptions behind every number.

Can you deliver for half the time or half the cost?

That is a target, not a promise. We assess it against a defined, comparable scope and a credible baseline. Savings depend on project conditions, and we will explain the comparison so your team can judge whether it holds up.

Can a new website or portal connect to our existing ERP, CRM, and PIM?

Often, yes. Discovery evaluates available interfaces, system ownership, security requirements, and any integration development needed. We also identify access, vendor approvals, and data-mapping dependencies. We confirm feasibility during the blueprint stage, before fixed pricing is agreed.

Who owns the finished website or software?

Everything we build specifically for your project is yours. We deliver the source code, design files, documentation, and access needed to run it. Any third-party software remains subject to its own license.

After a job well done, we'd appreciate a referral—or an optional 'Site build and design by K.O.' footer link. Neither is required. 😉
